1. Where are you located?
We are located near Sacramento, CA. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you our address.

You can reserve your stay online!
For last-minute bookings, please text 916-399-3605 before reserving to confirm availability.

3. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance due to limited availability.

4. What are drop-off hours?
Drop-off begins at 9:00 AM.
Special earlier drop-off requests may be accommodated — just ask!

5. What happens after I book?
Once you book, we will call or text you to confirm your stay. After confirmation, we will send our address.

6. What if you’re booked for the dates I need?
If we are unavailable for your requested dates, your reservation will be refunded in full.

7. What is your cancellation policy?
You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled drop-off time.

8. How does pricing work for overnight stays?
Our overnight boarding rate covers 24 hours.
Pick-up time is the same time as drop-off.

9. What if I need to pick up later than 24 hours?
No problem!

10. What kind of dogs do you accept?
We only accept friendly, well-socialized dogs.
Our home is like a fun mini dog park — dogs must be comfortable with other dogs.

If your dog is not friendly or struggles at dog parks, we are not the right fit.

12. Can you separate dogs if needed?
Yes! If an older dog needs quiet time or personalities clash, we can separate areas — our big dog room can split into two secure spaces.

Dogs must be fully up to date on vaccinations.

14. Does my dog need to be fixed/spayed/neutered?
Yes — we require all dogs to be fixed.
If you have a puppy too young to be fixed, please reach out — we may be able to accommodate depending on dates.

1. What services are included in your in-home pet sits?
We provide full overnight care in your home from 6 PM–8 AM, plus:
✔️ 1-2 hours of mid-day visits
✔️ Morning & evening walks (if needed)
✔️ Feeding & fresh water
✔️ Playtime and affection
✔️ Litter box or cleanup maintenance
✔️ Home care services — mail, trash, plants
✔️ Thorough communication and updates
✔️ A clean, tidy home when you return

2. What time does overnight care cover?
We stay from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM the following morning. Depending on our schedule during the day. There may be days we are home all day. But we like to explore the places we are staying during the day.

3. Do you offer mid-day visits?
Yes! We provide 1-2 hours of mid-day care, perfect for potty breaks, cuddles, walks, or supervision.

4. Will my dog get walked?
If needed, your pet will receive two 30-minute walks — one in the morning and one in the evening.

5. Do you take care of the home too?
Absolutely. We handle:
• Mail collection
• Trash & bins
• Watering plants
And we always leave your home tidy when we depart.

We provide consistent communication, photos, and updates throughout your trip for peace of mind.

7. Are there extra fees?
Some additional services incur fees:
🐾 Puppy care: +$15/day (puppies 1 year or younger)
🐾 Additional dogs: +$10/day per dog after 2 dogs
🐾 Farm animals: +$25/day per animal enclosure requiring care
🎁 Holiday bookings: +$50/day for major holidays (+/- 1 day)

No. If selected, we cover our own travel cost from Sacramento, CA to your home.
